SONDERLY™ Refund Policy

REFUNDS

  1. REFUND REQUESTS. All requests for refunds under this policy must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the following e-mail address:
    ContactUs@sonderly.io
    Requests for refunds must include the following information:
    • Your first and last name as it appears on your Sonderly.io profile
    • Your e-mail address as it appears on your Sonderly.io profile
    • The name of the course which your cancellation request relates to
    • The date of purchase of the course
    • The Transaction ID for the purchase (if available)
    Requests for refunds which are missing any of the required information will not be processed by Sonderly and may result in you losing your eligibility to claim a refund.

  2. INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES. The provisions of this Section 2 only apply if you have used the Site to register and pay on an individual basis for your own account for any live or recorded training or instruction, or for attendance at any events, offered or sponsored by Sonderly or its licensors. This section does not apply if your registration has been paid for you by your employer or by a third-party organization.
    (a) Course Cancellations. For cancellations of online courses, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment provided that your refund request is received by Sonderly within seven (7) days of the date of purchase. Requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed.
    (b) Recorded Content. For recorded content (including any accompanying written materials), Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment provided that:
    (i) your cancellation is received by Sonderly within seven (7) days of the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed), and
    (ii) the recorded content has not been unlocked or activated.
    (c) Pre-Ordered Content. For recorded content which is pre-ordered and is not generally available at the time of purchase, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment if your refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the general release of your pre-ordered content. Requests for refunds which are submitted after this time will not be processed.
    (d) Hosted Content. For content hosted by Sonderly on the Site but provided by third party organizations:
    (i) If the event is cancelled by Sonderly, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment.
    (ii) If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event, Sonderly will refund your payment as follows:
    (a) For cancellations which are received by Sonderly more than 30 days prior to the start date of the event, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment.
    (b) For cancellations which are received by Sonderly more than seven (7) days and up to and including 30 days prior to the start date of the event, Sonderly will refund 50% of the amount of your payment.
    (c) For cancellations which are received by Sonderly during the seven (7) day period prior to the start of the event, no refund will be made.
     
  3. GROUP / CORPORATE PURCHASES. The provisions of this Section 3 only apply for bulk purchases made by groups or organizations.
    (a) Course Cancellations. For course cancellations, Sonderly will refund to you the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to provided that:
    (i) your refund request specifies the number of units in the order which you wish to cancel, and
    (ii) your refund request is received by Sonderly within seven (7) days of the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed),
    (b) Recorded Content. For recorded content (including any accompanying written materials), Sonderly will refund to you the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to provided that:
    (i) your notice of cancellation specifies the number of units in the order which you wish to cancel,
    (ii) your notice of cancellation is received by Sonderly within seven (7) days of the date of purchase (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed), and
    (iii) the recorded content in any unit for which a refund has been requested by you has not been unlocked or activated.
    (c) Pre-Ordered Content. For recorded content which is pre-ordered and is not generally available at the time of purchase, Sonderly will refund the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to provided that:
    (i) your notice of cancellation specifies the number of units in the order which you wish to cancel, and
    (ii) your refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the general release of your pre-ordered content (requests for refunds which are submitted after this date will not be processed).
    (d) Hosted Content. For content hosted by Sonderly on the Site but provided by third party organizations:
    (i) If the event is cancelled by Sonderly, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment.
    (ii) For all other cancellations, Sonderly will refund to you all or a portion of
    the amount paid by you for the applicable number of ordered units which your refund request relates to as follows:
    • For cancellations which are received by Sonderly more than 30 days prior to the start date of the event, Sonderly will refund the full amount of your payment.
    • For cancellations which are received by Sonderly more than seven (7) days and up to and including 30 days prior to the start date of the event, Sonderly will refund 50% of the amount of your payment.
    • For cancellations which are received by Sonderly during the seven (7) day period prior to the start of the event, no refund will be made.
     
  4. NO LIABILITY FOR EXPENSES RELATING TO ATTENDANCE. Sonderly will not be liable to any individual purchaser, or any group or organization, for any amounts paid or incurred by you, your group or your organization, or any member of your group or organization, to attend at any course or event offered by Sonderly. This includes any amounts paid or incurred for travel, accommodation or living costs, or the cost of supplies, materials or equipment.
